How are Lady Yum macarons shipped to ensure freshness?
Our macarons are tucked into custom-fit trays and shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain their delicate texture and flavor during transit.
Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?
All of our standard macarons are naturally gluten-free as they are made with almond flour. However, they do contain dairy and eggs. Please check individual flavor descriptions for specific allergen information.
How long will my treats stay fresh once they arrive?
For the best experience, enjoy your macarons within 7 days if kept in the refrigerator, or up to 1 month if stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We love being part of your celebrations. You can order custom color palettes or towers for weddings, showers, and corporate events through our catering page.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the US via FedEx to ensure your sweets arrive as quickly as possible.
